MINDFULNESS CLASSES FOR KIDS

Lil’ Me Mindfulness for Kids offers weekly mindfulness classes for children ages 7 to 11.
This eight-week non-therapeutic, educational program is designed to teach your child a blend of age-appropriate, evidence-based cognitive behavioral skills, mindfulness practices, and targeted relaxation strategies. We prioritize creating a fun, welcoming, and safe environment where kids can build essential tools for self-soothing, emotional regulation, and stress management.

Absolutely! While some of the class material will be similar, social and emotional skills are something we can never reinforce too much. Think of it like building a muscle—the more practice, the stronger it gets. These classes give kids valuable tools, and repeated exposure helps them really take root.
8 students max (4 students minimum)
Absolutely. There will be a 20% discount for each additional sibling enrolled in the same term.
Deposits are 100% refundable up to three weeks before the program begins. After July 31st, no refunds will be issued. Even if there is a waitlist, most families have already committed to other activities by that time, making it difficult to fill the spot.
