Meet Daiana
Daiana G. Amyradakis
Daiana Amyradakis is the founder of Lil’ Me Mindfulness for Kids and a passionate advocate for children’s mental health. She is a certified mindfulness teacher and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, both from Brigham Young University. Her past experience providing therapy to individuals and families, as well as teaching as a university faculty member, brings a rich and well-rounded perspective to her work with children.
Daiana has experience working with children in different settings and utilizing various modalities, including individual, family, group, and play therapy. She has also facilitated numerous workshops and community classes for teens on important mental health topics such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relaxation, and communication skills.

Daiana’s experience in academia and community education sparked a love for teaching practical tools that promote emotional resilience from an early age. She no longer provides therapy services and is fully engaged in teaching valuable tools to the rising generation. She firmly believes that equipping kids with these skills builds the foundation for a lifetime of mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
This belief led to the creation of Lil’ Me Mindfulness for Kids LLC—a long-held dream inspired by her past experience in the mental health field and recognizing the importance of early, accessible support for young minds.
