MINDFULNESS CLASSES FOR KIDS

Lil’ Me Mindfulness for Kids offers weekly mindfulness classes for children ages 7 to 11.
This eight-week program will teach your child a combination of age-appropriate cognitive behavioral skills, mindfulness practices, and targeted relaxation strategies. We prioritize creating a fun, friendly, and safe environment where kids can explore essential skills for self-soothing, emotional regulation, and stress management. Due to the program’s inherent nature, full-term (8 classes) commitment is required. Developing mindfulness practices and cognitive behavioral strategies requires both time and practice. Just like in physical fitness, regular engagement is crucial.
